New Job Opportunity - Controls Engineer:

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Jackson, MO. Looking to hire a Controls Engineer with at least four years of prior related professional experience. We are trying to fill this role within the next 2 weeks. 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• On Site

Day to Day Activities:

• Lead and aid in the programming/creation of PLCs (and any other programmable devices) 
• Evaluate and design components and automation strategies.
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure project deliverables.
• Perform programming of control devices (including PLCs)
• Troubleshoot design or documentation issues and resolves problems to ensure a quality product.
• Read and understand mechanical assembly and electrical schematic/wiring diagrams.
• Tests control panels with high voltage equipment - Create platform to control equipment 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or greater in a relevant field from a (four-year) college or university. Electrical Engineering Controls Engineering etc. 
• At least 4 years of experience in industrial control systems design, specification, operation and maintenance.
• PLC Programming Experience -(Allen Bradley and Siemens)
