As the Telecom Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our telecommunications operations. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient network infrastructure, seamless service delivery, and exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in telecom operations will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company and ensuring our services meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of telecom professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our telecom network, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless integration and operation of network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement appropriate solutions to optimize network efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce telecom operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into our telecom operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to telecom operations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for incident management, change management, and capacity planning to ensure a robust and reliable telecom infrastructure.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the telecom operations team.
