Job Title: Member Service Representative (Credit Union)
- Location: Washington DC
- Must: have credit union or banking experience
- Salary: $19 per hour plus quarterly incentives/bonus
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
- Educate members on our products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that meet the financial needs of our members.
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software.
- Must be able to pass background, drug, and credit checks.
