Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal staff, both in-person and remotely, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  • Create training materials, including user guides, manuals, and multimedia presentations, to support the training programs.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars, utilizing various instructional techniques to engage participants and facilitate learning.
  • Provide ongoing user support through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights from users, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and knowledge base articles, keeping them up to date with the latest product features and functionalities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and user support, and apply this knowledge to enhance our training programs and support processes.
