This position is a 5-month contract to hire that is looking to pay between $17-$20/hr. This position is fully onsite out of Fairfax, VA and is looking to hire asap. This position requires experience with QuickBooks and accounts receivables.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the AP Accounting Team
- High volume A/R invoicing
- Make and receive calls, take messages and route correspondence
- Email branches to follow up on outstanding items or questions
- Vendor management: facilitate and maintains relationships between organization and vendors
Requirements:
- Accounting/AR experience preferred
- QuickBooks highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Intermediate Excel experience a plus
- Experience with credit applications a plus
- 1099 experience a plus
