This position is looking for someone who has strong customer service technical support experience and is able to work fully onsite. This is a full-time direct hire position that is looking to pay between $40k-$43k/yr plus quarterly bonuses.  This position is looking for someone who is a US citizen and is able to start ASAP.

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for (Essential Functions):

  • Responding to all helpdesk tickets
  • Looking for 2+ years of Technical experience with good customer service and Phone presence
  • Engage with external Vendor support for Line of Business applications to support users
  • Managing inventory assets in our Asset Management System
  • Manage all software inventory asset during the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Following standard operating procedures
  • Managing loaner laptop fleet and hardware inventory
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues as needed and engage with other team members
  • Attention to detail and providing well documented processes and work summaries
  • Assisting staff with transfer of system settings to new equipment
  • 2-4+ years of direct customer technical support and engagement experience in post-sales or account management functions.
