New Job Opportunity - Project Controls Engineer:

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Reno, NV. Looking to hire a Controls Engineer with at least 2+ years of prior related professional experience. Candidates must have 2+ years of scheduling experience on data center projects. Must have Primavera P6 Experience and need data Center experience 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• On Site 4 days a week - work from home 1 day a week
• Salary (dependent on experience ranging from 80k-125k)

Day to Day Activities:

• Main responsibility includes developing and monitoring CPM schedules and project control systems 
• Evaluate and design components and strategies.
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure project deliverables.
• Reviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice or project control guidance.
• Assists with cost controls reporting and reconciliation of project cost
• Read and understand mechanical assembly and electrical schematic/wiring diagrams.
• Tests control panels with high voltage equipment - Create platform to control equipment 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or greater in a relevant field from a (four-year) college or university. Electrical Engineering Controls Engineering etc. 
• At least 2+  years of experience in industrial control systems design, specification, operation and maintenance.
• Experience with Primavera P6
• Must be able to read/interpret RFIs
• 4D Scheduling
