  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions in various systems.
  • Assist with network connectivity and resolve network-related problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or external vendors when necessary.
