Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the HRMS, ensuring its smooth operation and data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and recommend system enhancements and optimizations.
- Configure and customize the HRMS to align with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain HR data within the HRMS, including employee records, organizational structure, compensation data, benefits administration, and other related information.
- Develop and generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and HR metrics tracking.
- Provide user support and training to HR staff and employees on HRMS functionality, ensuring effective utilization and self-service capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HRMS and HR analytics to identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and perform system integrations.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance within the HRMS, implementing appropriate access controls and data protection measures.
