Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized Salesforce Lightning solutions including Lightning Components, Aura Framework, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Apps.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical designs that leverage Salesforce best practices.

• Design, develop, and optimize complex workflows, triggers, and automation processes to streamline business operations.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and middleware tools.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces within the Lightning Experience framework.

• Implement data models and maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics capabilities.

• Participate in code reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and adhere to coding standards and best practices.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
