Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper with supervisor experience! For this position you will be required to supervise a team of 10-15 employees. You will need to have the skills and ability to lead a team and to make sure that everyone gets their tasks done in a timely manner. 

Main Points

• Monday-Friday 
• 7am-3:30Pm (40hr. work week) 
• 75% of time spent on floor 
• 25% of time spent supervising
• Flu shot mandatory 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/JOB RELATIONSHIPS

• 3-5 Years Supervisory experience required.
• Computer skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of Healthcare/hospitality cleaning procedures.
• Three years experience working in a skilled nursing or retirement facility with cleaning responsibilities.

Pay: 22-24/hr. ​​​​​​​

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead housekeeping crew
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Data entry into computers
• Implement Job responsibilities to staff
• communicate to other staff departments (laundry, dinning, etc.) ​​​​​​​
