Job description

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks
• Completes terminal troubleshooting using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
• Installs terminals, controllers, and test equipment and restores nonworking lines and/or equipment to working condition.
• Supports validation of technical work packages to be added or updated in the technical manuals.
• Performs data recording and data management
• Ability to design and implement network solutions.
• Troubleshoot diverse issues efficiently
• Knowledge of firewalls, switches, wireless access points
• Ability to manage Office 365 and Azure environments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Baltimore, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Network engineering: 2 years (Required)
• Azure: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CompTIA certification (Preferred)
