Job Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Proposal Manager to join our team. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality proposals to win new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end proposal management process, from opportunity identification to final submission.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and develop effective proposal strategies.
• Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and writers to gather and incorporate technical information into proposals.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, formatting guidelines, and proposal submission instructions.
• Develop and maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and boilerplate materials for efficient proposal development.
• Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency of messaging.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet proposal deadlines.
• Facilitate proposal review meetings to obtain feedback and incorporate revisions into the proposal.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and engaging proposal documents.
• Track and report on proposal metrics, including win rates, success factors, and lessons learned.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in proposal management.
