New Job Opportunity - Quoting Specialist / Sales Estimator

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Stevensville, MD. Looking to hire a quoting specialist with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a sales estimator and an expert in excel. Manufacturing background is highly preferred

We are trying to fill this role in the next two weeks

Logistics of the Role:

Full Time - Direct Hire
On Site - Monday Through Thursday (Fridays Off)
Compensation - 60-70k

Day to Day Activities:

Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product
Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
Creating labor estimates for any project
Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
Managing bids from vendors and contractors

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors degree in mathematics or a related field
2+ years overall experience working as a sales estimator in a manufacturing setting
Excellent with Excel - Most of the Job is done in this program
Experience working with sales and engineering teams
Excellent communication skills
