As a Data Task Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating data-related tasks and projects, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of high-quality data outputs. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of data analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project execution and achievement of goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, scope data projects, and establish clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and accurate completion of data tasks.
  • Identify data sources, gather and extract relevant data, perform data cleaning and transformation, and conduct data analysis using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation processes, resolving discrepancies, and implementing data governance best practices.
  • Present data insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, tailored to their specific needs and level of technical understanding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure, data storage, and data security measures.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, promoting the use of data to drive insights, solve problems, and support strategic initiatives.
