This position is looking for someone who has experience in a help desk environment and is a US citizen. This position requires people to go onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support relating to technical issues and system changes.
  • Support ticket entry follow-up and updates within the ticket tracking system.
  • Provide quality assistance in a timely manner.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and find effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work within a team setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • MSP experience is preferred.
  • Computer and network knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience working within a help desk environment.
