In this newly created role, you will support our Accounting and Finance team on following up with branches as needed to ensure our cash accounts are reconciled.
Responsibilities:

- Needs QuickBooks experience
- They will be doing 400-600 invoices for entry into QuickBooks weekly.
- A/R experience/invoicing is required.
- Must be on site every day.
- 50k-55k annually
In this newly created role, you will support our Accounting and Finance team on following up with branches as needed to ensure our cash accounts are reconciled.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the AP Accounting Team
- High volume A/R invoicing
- Make and receive calls, take messages and route correspondence
- Email branches to follow up on outstanding items or questions
- Vendor management: facilitate and maintains relationships between organization and vendors
- Accounting/AR experience preferred
- QuickBooks highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Intermediate Excel experience a plus
- Experience with credit applications a plus
- 1099 experience a plus
