This position is looking for someone who is able to able to work almost fully remote but able to go onsite occasionally. This is a full-time direct hire position that is looking to pay between $65-$75k/yr. This is a full cycle accounting position that is looking for someone with 4+ years of accounting experience in a nonprofit or healthcare environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts accurately and timely
  • Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation
  • Summarize and prepare financial status and transaction reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
  • Prepare complex customer billings and commission statements on a weekly and monthly timeframe
  • Provide guidance and leadership to accounting staff ensuring accurate, timely management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols including legal requirements, sales and corporate taxes in multiple states
  • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures 
  • Assist the CFO with management of all grants 

Education & Skillsets Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 5+ years of experience as an accountant performing the duties and responsibilities described
  • Multiview experience
  • Nonprofit and Healthcare experience preferred 
  • Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
  • Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions
