Job Description:

* Perform advanced-level analyzing and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

* Plan, design and implement technology rollouts that may require off-hours or weekend work.

* Perform server and user account administration including managing network security for files and folders.

* Overall responsibility for local Audio-Visual (AV) and other office technology and supplies

* Perform group policy administration.

* Design and support SharePoint sites.

* Utilize Office 365 tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.

* Develop and provide technology training and documentation to Judiciary staff and judges, and consult with service providers, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of professional office experience
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be able to assist with junior level IT functions
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts
  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Available to be on call rotation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented in order to keep relevant notes on tickets
  • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
