Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory control activities, including tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Assist in the procurement process by creating purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders or specifications.
  • Accurately label, organize, and store materials in designated storage areas.
  • Prepare materials for distribution to internal departments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, logistics, and quality assurance, to fulfill material requirements and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
  • Monitor and analyze material usage and consumption trends to optimize inventory levels and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols in the handling, storage, and disposal of materials.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in materials management.

Qualifications:

  • Atleast a HS diploma 
  • Some sort of materials management, shipping, receiving, inventory, etc experience
  • Some GMP knowledge/experience
