New Job Opportunity - Project Engineer:

New and exciting job opportunity out of Gaithersburg, MD. Looking to hire an experienced Project Engineer with at least 4 years of prior related professional experience in product development. This role will focus on product development. Electrical Engineering experience is a must. 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• Hybrid Role 

Day to Day Activities:

• Be directly involved in in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production
• Will be tasked with product management responsibilities - managing capacity plans and estimates, setting delivery targets, resolving issues, managing development tracking tools, preparing plans and working on development
• Will be tasked with leading product development - the transition of products from the design & development phase into production
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success
• Documentation / Specification of the project 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Prior experience dealing with the design of electronics for computer and communication systems.
• At least four years of professional experience overseeing the transition of products from the design & development phase into production
• Experience using an electronic design automation (EDA) tool
• Must be an excellent communicator
