• Converting to 150-165k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives, from conceptualization to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessment.
• Work closely with engineering, product, design, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Manage project dependencies, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.
• Drive agile methodologies and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and milestones to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior program managers or team members.
