Senior Manager/Supervisor
Director of Sales (Audio Visual based)
Main Points
As Director of Sales you will be asked to lead a diverse sales team that will be selling across several different states. In this role you will manage the corporate sales function within the targeted geography assigned.
Main Duties:
• Meet/Exceed established sales and market driven goals and KPl's
• Monitor, report and reinforce KPl's. Specific emphasis on monthly revenues, gross profit, sales call
• Work with other supporting department managers to ensure "best practices"
• Report to executive level management regularly on group performance against established targets
• Communicate directly with customers, when necessary,
• Manage expense reporting approvals and overall budgeted expenditures
• Assist Account Managers with large opportunities, contracts, bids, and RFP's
• Recruit and hire Account Managers based on criteria agreed upon by senior leadership
• Conduct semi-annual reviews with all Account Managers to build more effective communications,
• Assist Account Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations

Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a director or upper management position
- Must have 2+ years of experience working in AV related field
