We are seeking a talented and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our IT department. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and escalate complex technical issues that require further investigation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities, utilizing ticketing systems or knowledge bases.
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up user accounts, granting access permissions, and conducting equipment audits.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for improving IT systems and processes.
