As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will influence the design process, pushing boundaries and creating architectural experiences that resonate with our clients and the community. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to transform ideas into aesthetically pleasing and innovative spaces that leave a lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process, from initial concept to design development and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
- Create inspiring and innovative design solutions that align with the project's vision and objectives.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design intent.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to showcase design concepts and gather feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
- Collaborate with external consultants and partners to integrate their expertise into the design.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Contribute to the growth and enhancement of the firm's design portfolio.
