Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to deliver efficient and user-friendly applications.
• Perform integration tasks using APIs to connect ServiceNow with other systems, applications, and databases.
• Assist in the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow modules.
• Participate in full development lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and enhancements, and suggest ways to leverage new features to improve processes.
