This position is looking for a candidate who is able to come on full-time for a direct hire position. This position requires fully vaccinated candidates and will convert to a hybrid work schedule after 2-3 months.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing timesheets for accuracy, coordinating corrections as needed
Processing weekly payroll in compliance with all Federal, State and County rules and regulations, including prevailing wage guidelines
Submitting tax deposits as required
Completing all payroll related tax returns, including W-2s, 941, workers compensation reports and all other quarterly reporting in a timely manner
Updating employee information for taxes, benefits, wage changes, garnishments, direct deposit information and other miscellaneous wage deductions in the payroll software and other platforms
Maintaining employee benefit changes on carrier portals for new and current employees, as well as submitting termination updates
