The Electronic Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic equipment. In this role you will be required to read and interpret instructions, assemble parts and use tools to fit electronic components.

Circuit card Assembly
Development and refinement of manufacturing processes
Reading of drawings and trouble shooting
Electronic, Mechanical and Electro-mechanical assembly.
Installs components and sub-assemblies in accordance with provided work instructions.
Assembles printed circuit boards following specifications and work instructions.
Uses electronic, hand powered, and pneumatic tools.
Keeps accurate records for build information, anomalies, defects and test data.
Maintains all manufacturing related equipment and facilities. Contributes to the workplace organization initiatives.
Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or similar hand tools.
Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis panels.
Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
Tend to machines.
Adjust or trim materials from components.
Requirements
Able to read, understand and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.
Provides feedback to manufacturing engineers on ways to improve procedural steps and process implementation.
