Production Team Member

This position is looking for someone who can work with the assembly and inventory team and is able to work fully onsite. This position will work Monday-Friday from 10pm-6:30am and is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. This position is looking to pay between $15-$17/hr and you must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic equipment and machines, and carry out routine tasks.
  Involves following strict, detailed instructions.
• Carry out operational tasks by following established processes.
  Involves working within given settings or parameters.
• Support the quality function by working within strict quality
  standards.
• Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal
  protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment
  and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
• Work according to an assigned schedule.
• Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment
  and development planning activities as well as formal and informal
  training and coaching.

Education/Experience

• High school Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Operate insert machines

  • Lift, move or carry up to 50 lbs.
