As a Business Analyst with a Secret Clearance, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable analysis plans.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analysis results to key decision-makers.
- Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design sessions to improve existing processes and systems.
- Support the implementation and testing of business systems and tools, ensuring they meet functional and security requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Assist in the development of project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, especially pertaining to classified information.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in business analysis and data analytics.
