Salary: 80k-90k

Overview

This financial controller is responsible for the oversight, and management of all financial functions of our main residential property and the finance team. Candidates must be proficient in the use of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Candidates must have the ability to do forecasts of future financial results, and account analysis. Ideal candidates have effective verbal, and written communication abilities, and have the ability to multi-task. Successful candidates are organized, detail oriented, and function well in working with teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain & report and manage region, country and project profitability
• Provide financial and commercial input to business development initiatives
• Formulate and deliver a business plan
• Implement the group financial control systems and procedures
• Take responsibly for all finance issues in the group on a day to day basis
• Work with other key management to ensure maximum return on capital investment
• Control and manage the asset base of the region
• Ensure all entities within the group are compliant with all statutory requirements
• Formulation and delivery of business plan
• Implementation of the Group Financial Control systems and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelors Degree in accounting related field 
• Medical billing experience
• Experience using Quickbooks
• Collections experience
• Must be profeceint in excel
