Proposal Manager

Job description
- Management of proposal production and related time-sensitive logistics, ensuring the correct proposal format (electronic, hardcopies, font/ style management), binding, and shipping are completed.
- Defines schedule and assignments.
- Coordinate proposal efforts with the technical division, estimators, contracts department, contractors, subcontractors, finance department and human resources.
- Oversee proposal writing team; coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met.
- Draft standard sections of proposals including project descriptions, resumes, and management plans.
- Facilitates proposal color team reviews, Requests for Information (RFIs), solutions, theme and other working group sessions.
- Work closely with our sales and engineering teams to lead entire proposal efforts for our small and medium sized opportunities. Coordinate and contribute to large and major proposal efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Proposal writing: 2 years (Required)
