Working with an excellent client that is looking to hire a seasoned Marketing Manager in Springfield, PA. Our client is the prime contractor on this role, this is a direct hire role with a base salary that is based off of your experience. Our client is looking to hire this candidate ASAP.

Job Description:

• Ownership and maintenance of our B2B marketing automation platform
• Help architect data structure across SFDC and marketing automation platform
• Oversee user permissions and user management
• Monitor IP health / deliverability
• Partner with the B2B retention team to ensure they have the data in the format they need to execute their campaigns
• Design campaign workflows: validation rules, triggers, and alerts
• Collaborate with QA to drive the right test scenarios and testing success of automations and campaigns
• Data optimization including database health and user data clean up
• Responsible for the evaluation, execution, and implementation of new technology in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Primary responsibilities include enabling and empowering retention marketing efforts and making it easier for the team to deliver on the business goals
• Manage social media

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of hands-on B2B experience
• Strong understanding of B2B data architecture
• Experience with SFDC
• Have worked with b2b specific marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, SFMC, ect.)
• Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & process oriented
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to zoom out to view the final product from a customer perspective
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
