AV Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end AV projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring project objectives are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AV engineers, designers, technicians, and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality AV solutions
• Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements to develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, change requests, and progress reports
• Coordinate equipment procurement, logistics, and installation activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any project-related issues or concerns
• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to design standards and client expectations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
