Accounting Manager (Senior Accounting Specialist)

New Job Opportunity - Accounting Manager/ Senior Accounting Specialist:

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Lebanon, PA. Looking to hire an experienced accounting professional with a minimum of five years of related work experience. We are trying to fill this role within the next 2 weeks. 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire
• On Site

Day to Day Activities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
• Manage credit and collection process
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Gain expertise in all accounting functions (AR, AP, PR, and Collections).
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Supervise Accounting Assistant
• Assists with Monthly Financial closing entries and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax planning and preparation
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Qualifications: 

• Accounting Degree is Required 
• Minimum of five years of working accounting experience
• Full Cycle Accounting Experience
• Communications and Organizational Skills
