Sr. Systems Engineer

New Job Opportunity - Senior Systems Engineer:

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Langley AFB. Looking to hire an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer with at least 5 years of prior related professional experience (High level Systems Engineer / Admin experience). This position requires technical system administration / integration and cybersecurity experience Will be supporting the USAF - AOC experience is preferred 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• On Site
• Active Secret Clearance is Required for this role

Day to Day Activities:

• Works with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
• Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes - Migrating to new AOC infrastructure components - Focus on TBMCS
• Identify achievable AOC WS objectives 
• Configures and supports internal and/or external networks
• Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations
• Troubleshoots network performance
• Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment

Qualifications: 

• 5 or more years of computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience - TBMCS, MAAPTK, and Systems integration experience 
• JADOCS Experience 
• At least 5 years of System Admin experience 
• Prior experience supporting the USAF - working in an AOC
• Bachelors Degree
• Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
• Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
