X-Ray/CT Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and CT scans, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards.
• Evaluate the images obtained for technical quality, clarity, and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and interpret imaging results.
• Provide exceptional patient care, explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting imaging procedures and patient information.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Stay current with advancements in imaging technology, attending relevant training and continuing education opportunities.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including patient confidentiality and radiation safety.
