Agile Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Agile Team Lead to join our organization and lead our Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Agile team and facilitate Agile methodologies and processes within the organization
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and values
• Manage the Agile process, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
• Work with product owners to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and refined
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
• Continuously monitor and improve the team's performance
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on Agile best practices
