Embedded Software Engineer

New Job Opportunity - Embedded Software Engineer:

New and exciting job opportunity out of Canonsburg, PA. Looking to hire an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with at least 2 years of prior related professional experience (embedded software).
Secret level security clearance is highly preferred. 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• On Site 

Day to Day Activities:

• Software Development - Develop new applications, as well as provide enhancements and support for existing systems 
• Leverage knowledge of software design principles to maximize readability and maintainability.
• Will be responsible for ensuring quality product/assurance  -  testing of the software and assuring its quality -Debugging and Troubleshooting 
• Will be tasked with documentation - Effectively document systems, software and processes 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree in software Engineering, computer science, or related field
• At least 2+ years of hands on professional experience with embedded software
• Knowledge of Linux Systems - experience working in a linux environment 
• Secret Security Clearance 
• Must be organized and an excellent communicator
