Business Analyst - Public Trust (EST Hours)
Remote - Full Time
Candidates must be able to work EST hours.
$40-48/hr
As an IT business analyst, you’ll partner with our team of designers, developers, testers, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers to identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories.
Specific Duties
- Collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet end user needs.
- Implement configuration tasks per direction from task lead
- Participate in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans.
- Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/ issues.
- Partner with the business areas in the creation of process workflow documentation and user manuals.
- Execute client communication including various written communications to include one-on-one client conversations.
- Create customer reports as required.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with translating business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system, and articulating on specific software requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience with eliciting the requirements needed to carry out business processes, including interviews, intelligence analysis and survey assessments
- Documented experience with site migrations and Content Management Systems, SharePoint a bonus
- Experience in maintaining technical information libraries and data management in support of an appropriately sized program or project
- Experience with developing documents and implementing for IT applications, system specifications, and test plans, according to existing standards and methodologies
- Ability to work closely with business architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree
