As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and management of our company's complex IT infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and system administrators, to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain system architecture to meet the organization's requirements.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure efficient integration of applications and systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations for their integration into existing systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures.
- Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your technical skills and knowledge.
