Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives.
• Use advanced analytical techniques to extract valuable insights from data.
• Work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and transformation.
• Maintain data integrity and security in compliance with government regulations.
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to convey findings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest business intelligence tools and technologies.
• Ensure data security and compliance with security protocols related to classified information.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of government security protocols and regulations (NISPOM, FISMA, etc.) is a plus.
