Datacenter Hardware Support

•             Installations, decommissions, and moves.

•             Trouble shoot, diagnose, and repair the physical layer issues

•             Hardware maintenance – parts replacements

•             Cabling requests, install and removal

•             Asset and Spare inventory

•             Shipping and receiving of hardware/parts

•             Provide reporting and documentation as requested

•             Escort vendors when needed.

•             Other services as assigned/agreed upon
