New Job Opportunity - CAD Drafter (Commercial)

New job opportunity with a client based out of Longwood, FL Looking to hire an Entry to Mid Level level CAD drafter who has at least 1 year of CAD (Commercial) experience. Candidates must have AutoCAD and Revit experience. Experience with structural engineering software is preferred. 
 

Logistics of the Role:

• 6-Month Contract to Hire
• Benefits and Competitive Pay (Compensation Depending on experience) 
• On Site

Day to Day Activities:

• Create detailed 3D CAD drawings and models 
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications
• Review and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Make necessary revisions to CAD drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards and guidelines
• Generate bills of materials and assist with material procurement

Qualifications: 

• CAD Drafting Experience 
• Interest/experience in Commercial drafting
• Revit experience 
• Minimum education: High School - College preferred 
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
