Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage local and wide-area networks (LANs/WANs) to ensure maximum efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively take corrective actions to maintain optimal network operations.
- Work closely with the IT team to integrate network infrastructure with other systems and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network performance and security.
- Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Lead and mentor a team of network technicians, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
