In this role, you will play a pivotal part in orchestrating and delivering cutting-edge projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives, from conceptualization to delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessment.
- Work closely with engineering, product, design, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Manage project dependencies, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.
- Drive agile methodologies and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and milestones to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior program managers or team members.
