Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of all technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Identify opportunities for technology innovation and work with business stakeholders to drive change
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant laws
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
- Communicate IT performance and plans to executive team and other stakeholders
