Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customized Salesforce Lightning solutions including Lightning Components, Aura Framework, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Apps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical designs that leverage Salesforce best practices.
Design, develop, and optimize complex workflows, triggers, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and middleware tools.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces within the Lightning Experience framework.
Implement data models and maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics capabilities.
Participate in code reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
