Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Provide clear direction to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
