Night Shift Supervisor

Job description
- Support plant manager by instruction, leading and coaching the operation team to ensure the compliance of HSEQ regulatory
- Own and maintain respective management systems to meet quality and quantity requirements
- Manage process & operation optimization and organize trouble shooting of the unit to improve unit reliability and efficiency
- Contribute to plant personnel management including planning, staffing, performance and development to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate in respective unit/plant and with main interfaces to attain production goals
- Contribute in/Manage Projects, e.g. cost saving, performance improvement, investments, integrations to ensure project delivery
- Delegate to fulfill legal as the deputy of plant manager to requirement and operating needs
- Support and coordinate with maintenance organization the maintenance activities from production site
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
